职位描述:
Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for monitoring and managing all on-going projects with planning, scheduling, tracking and providing status on a timely basis
2 To supervise, advise and guide the discipline staff to ensure that their work is of the required quality;
3 Manage the team including recruiting, interviewing, and coach the team members with
their performance
4 To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested parties to each
project;
5 In charge of project controlling, including manpower loading & resource levelling
6 Reinforce the work efficiency through coaching the use of systems and software tools.
7 Review and approve project change orders or variations from project team or sub-
contractors;
8 To report progress on projects to the client and the management in a timely manner,
highlighting issues which could impact on, cost, schedule;
9 Work closely with Project Management department and other related disciplines
10 Optimise the operation process from the company perspective
11 To exercise change control and variance control on each project;
Requirements (but not limited to):
1 Bachelor degree or above in engineering or construction related discipline
2 Minimum 15 years project control experiences on chemical/pharmaceutical/industrial project sites with at least 5 years managerial experience;
3 Familiar with domestic and international design, manufacture, inspection standards
4 Experience in international enterprise is preferred.
5 Capability to coordinate multiple functional teams on a variety of projects;
6 Capabilities in programming, budget preparation and management, construction
management, personnel allocation;
7 Experience with Chinese clients and Chinese contractors;
8 Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required;
9 Good command of English and computer literate;
10 Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional
integrity. Leadership and reliability are required.
11 Flexible for business travel
