职位描述：
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1 HSE / Safety first minded execution in project execution;
2 Deal with safety emergency issue and take the first response
3 Ability to manage the HSE team, including recruitment, coaching, personnel allocations
4 To ensure projects are executed as per contract;
5 The ability to motivate/coach/train the staff working for you
6 Have a self-learning/teaching capability
7 Full understanding of project management
8 To supervise, advise and guide the discipline staff to ensure that their work is of the
required quality; ;
9 To exercise change control and variance control on each project;
10 To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested related HSE issues
11 To supervise the progress on projects in a timely manner
12 To prepare reports regarding to the regional HSE management issues to the management
13 To support business development department, project management department and
other related departments
Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree in HSE relevant discipline;
2 Minimum 15 years HSE experiences on chemical/pharmaceutical/industrial project sites with at least 5 years managerial experience;
3 Rich knowledge of national and international HSE standards and regulations;
4 Experienced in safety trainings, inspection, and performance improvement.
5 Capability to coordinate multiple functional teams on a variety of projects;
6 Capabilities in programming, budget preparation and management, construction management, personnel allocation;
7 Experience with Chinese clients and Chinese contractors;
8 Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English
and/or Chinese;
9 Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required;
10 Good command of English and computer literate;
11 Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity. Leadership and reliability are required.
12 Flexible for business travel
