职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for planning, arranging, monitoring, and supervising all aspects of
construction quality activities at site;
2 Responsible for the quality of all projects and coordinate with other related departments
3 Delivery the TQS (Tebodin Quality System) manual and organize the training
4.procedures and specifications by monitoring / auditing contractors' work.
5 Assessing material suppliers and construction contractors to meet the quality
requirements of the project.
6 Conduct site audit when needed. Auditor training is an asset;
7 Audit records, reports, and documents to meet company or regulatory requirements;
8 Audit and maintain project QA records for all phases of the projects.
9 Facilitating the smooth turnover of all quality assurance and quality control records to
Owner at the completion of the project.
Requirements (but not limited to):
1 Bachelor degree or above in Engineering discipline;
2 Minimum 15 years project control experiences on chemical/pharmaceutical/industrial
project sites with at least 5 years managerial experience;;
3 Rich knowledge of national and international Quality standards and regulations
4 Strong capabilities in construction site management for quality control;
5 Awareness of project quality improvement as minded priority
6 Experience with Chinese clients and Chinese contractors
7 Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required;
8 Good command of English and computer literate;
9 Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity. Leadership and reliability are required.
10 Flexible for business travel
