职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily work and performance of on-site PTE;
2. Manage daily production of all TK houses, supervise the test quality and daily output, hold weekly meeting and prepare monthly report etc;
3. Transfer products to TK houses to test as required by the business development;
4. Assign task or project to PTE, track and update the project status thereof;
5. Initiate, update and optimize the production test procedure and disposition procedure of on-hold lot;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
1. Understanding ASL-1000/Eagle/Acco tester operations;
2. Familiar with C/C++ programming and have fundamental electronics theory;
3. Well-experienced in final test, test process, disposition of on-hold lot etc;
4. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese;
5. Strong analytical and project management skills.
