职位描述:
Responsibilities:
• To design-in our focus products/ and focus end applications to key customers.
• Work closely with our suppliers to increase design-win registrations in new and existing customers, spotting opportunities, delivering samples, and assisting engineers on design where necessary.
• Working closely with the sales team to convert projects to win orders to achieving sales objectives.
• Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with customer’s R&D departments and component engineers introducing new products through road-shows or joint visits with key suppliers.
• Finding new customers in specific end applications to help expand our customer base and potential sales.
• Work closely with suppliers enlisting their support for more in depth technical support.
• Maintaining a strong relationships with our suppliers product marketing and FAE teams.
• To help in the organization of customer road-shows presenting with suppliers key products of interest and technology roadmaps.
• To attend supplier regular training events and seminars, to meet supplier technical tests and qualifications.
• Resolve customer technical problems, and following through in a timely manner to provide the highest level of service available.
• Maintains market awareness on competitor products, industry trends and new concepts by reading industry periodicals, networking, attending periodic update training events and trade shows
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Electronics/Electrical Component Degree.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Electronics distribution sales channels, with 3 years’ experience as a FAE.
• 3 years experience as an FAE in BCM, Automotive Dashboard or Power Supply designs with the major suppliers. A focus on Passive Components /Discrete in Automotive customers is essential. Or
• A connector driven FAE with design experience and customer knowledge in Industrial sector, such as power supply, factory automation/equipment, building automation, new energy and lighting etc.
• Have distribution experience for TE or Molex product line will be an advantage.有连接器的分销经验

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications .
